Will the follow-ups annoy my customers?
There are three, spaced apart, written with you and sent in your business name. They stop once the customer replies.
When does a real person take over?
As soon as the customer wants to go ahead, asks to talk, or asks something the follow-ups cannot answer.
Can I change it or pause it?
Tell us and Frostwave edits or pauses the follow-ups. You can take any estimate off the list. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. There is no minimum term.
What if it isn't working?
We fix it free until it does. Working means all three follow-ups go out for every estimate you add. The promise covers the system doing that work. It does not cover how many jobs you book.
Who sees the replies, and what counts as a recovered quote?
You see who replied and what they said, and you confirm which jobs went ahead. What counts as a recovered quote is written into your agreement before anything starts.
