Who we are

This website belongs to Frostwave AI Solutions ("Frostwave AI", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship owned by Ahmadou Ismaila Dawa. Abdullaah Ahmad Dawa is the founder and runs the day-to-day work. We build AI systems for HVAC businesses and work remotely. We do not have a local office.

The only way to reach us about this policy is by email: abdullaah@frostwaveai.com.

What we collect

When you send a form

The contact form asks for your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your answers to a few questions about your business. Our client intake form asks for details about your business. We only get what you type in.

When you book a call

The booking calendar on the contact page is run by Calendly. It only loads when you scroll near it or press the button. Whatever you enter when you book, such as your name, email and the time you pick, goes to Calendly and is shared with us so we can hold the call.

When you try the demo call

The Never-Miss-A-Call page has a demo call you can start in your browser. Nothing for the demo loads until you press the demo button. During the call your browser uses your microphone. Retell AI runs the call, records it and writes a transcript, and we can see both. The demo receptionist tells you at the start that the call is recorded.

If you book a demo appointment, the details you give, such as your name, phone number, email and address, go to a demo calendar run by Cal.com, which sends you a confirmation email. The demo answers for a sample company, so you are welcome to use made-up details.

When you start the demo, Google reCAPTCHA checks that you are a person and not a bot. To do that it collects information about your device and how you use the page. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

When you visit any page

Netlify hosts the site. Like most web hosts, it records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for.

What we do not collect

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or visitor identification tools. The site has no user accounts and takes no payments.

How we use it

• To reply to your message by email or phone and set up the discovery call you asked about.
• To run the demo call and show you how the AI receptionist works.
• To keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use what you send us to train AI models.

Who else receives it

We use a small number of outside services to run the site. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.

• Web3Forms delivers each form submission to our email inbox.
• Calendly runs the booking calendar.
• Retell AI runs the demo call and keeps its recording and transcript.
• Cal.com runs the demo calendar and sends demo booking emails.
• Google reCAPTCHA checks for bots when you start the demo.
• Our phone carrier carries any calls between us.
• Netlify hosts the website.
• Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive.

We will also share information if the law requires it. We never share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

Our own code on this site does not set cookies. Calendly may set cookies once the booking calendar loads, and Google reCAPTCHA and the Retell demo may set cookies or store data in your browser once you start the demo. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop you from reading the site or sending the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while we are talking with you, and for as long as we have a business reason to, such as working together. Demo call recordings and transcripts stay in our Retell account, and we delete them when you ask. You can ask us to delete any of it at any time.

Your choices

Anyone can email abdullaah@frostwaveai.com to:

• ask what information we hold about you,
• ask us to correct it,
• ask us to delete it, including a demo call recording.

We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for people who run HVAC businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No website or service is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details through the form.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
