Will customers hate talking to a robot?

When does a real person take over?

A person takes over when the caller asks for you, asks something the receptionist does not know, or is upset. The receptionist takes a message with their name, number and what they need, so you can call them back.

Can I change it or pause it?

Tell us what to change and Frostwave makes the edit. To pause the receptionist, turn off call forwarding on your phone and your phone rings as normal. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. There is no minimum term.

What if it isn't working?

We fix it free until it does. Working means the receptionist answers the calls sent to it, books them into your calendar and sends the confirmation email. The promise covers the system doing that work. It does not cover how many jobs you book.

Who sees the calls?
