Will my customers mind the reminders?
The reminders only go to customers who booked a visit with you, and we write them with you before anything goes out. Confirming takes a one-word reply.
When does a real person take over?
Any reply that needs a decision, like a question about the visit or a change of time, comes to you.
Can I change it or pause it?
Tell us and Frostwave changes the messages or pauses the reminders. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. There is no minimum term.
What if it isn't working?
We fix it free until it does. Working means the reminders go out on schedule before every booked visit. The promise covers the system doing that work. It does not cover how many jobs you book.
Who sees the replies?
We agree with you during setup where replies go, so they land somewhere you already check.
