Who we are

This website belongs to Frostwave AI Solutions ("Frostwave AI", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship owned by Ahmadou Ismaila Dawa. We build AI systems for HVAC businesses and work remotely. You can reach us by email at abdullaah@frostwaveai.com.

Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may read it, share links to it, send us the contact form and book a call. Please do not send the form with false details or someone else's information, try to break or overload the site, or copy large parts of it for your own business.

What the site tells you

The industry figures on this site are benchmarks from the sources named beside them. They are not results Frostwave has produced, and they do not predict what will happen in your business. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Prices and client work

You cannot buy anything on this site, and sending the form or booking a call does not commit you to anything. The prices and promises on the site describe our current offers. If we work together, we both sign a written agreement first. That agreement sets out the work, the price, the payment terms and any guarantee, and it is what counts if it differs from anything on this site.

Texting

If you give us your phone number on the contact form, we may call you about your inquiry. This website does not send text messages.

Texts sent by systems we build for clients

Some Frostwave systems send texts for an HVAC business to that business's own customers, such as appointment reminders, confirmations and estimate follow-ups. The system sends those texts for the client, and the client is responsible for getting its customers' permission to text them. The systems we build will honor STOP and HELP replies. The client agreement covers this in more detail.

Other services and links

The site uses outside services, such as Calendly for booking, and links to other websites, such as the sources of our figures and our social profiles. Those services and sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Our content

The words, design, logo and images on this site belong to Frostwave AI unless another owner is named. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.

No promises about the site itself

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on responsibility

As far as the law allows, Frostwave AI is not responsible for losses that come from using or being unable to use this website, including lost profits or lost data. This section is about the website only. Our responsibilities in client work are set out in the written client agreement. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Maryland govern these terms. Any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts of Maryland, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
